Death Smiles is a 2D sid scrolling shoot-em-up (shmup)made by Japanese developer Cave. The game will be distributed by Atlus. It is unknown if it will be released in the US or just Japan. Death Smiles is based on an arcade game and will be released on the 360. Death Smiles 2 is already in the works although DS1 doesn't come out until April, 2009. This plate was spotted at a preview event. It is unknown if it will be available to the public in any way.

This plate was based on a wallpaper/desktop background released by EA Redwood Shores to promote the game, Dead Space.
