Final Fantasy X - Yuna

This plate was never made. A Chinese company released a series of faceplates with no company name on the packaging. There were six plates featured on the back that were artist renderings, and no tactual photos of faceplates. The plates shown included the MS white, blue hot rod, and woody plates, plus the unreleased black hot rod plate, and then two Final Fantasy X plates, one of Tidus and one of Yuna. Since Final Fantasy X was old news long before the release of the 360, AND it was a Sony exclusive, there was no chance of any copyright holder ever approving a FFX 360 faceplate.
