This is one of a number of unique plates made for Dead or Alive 4. It appears to be a custom or prototype. The creator and process used are unknown. There are similar plates made by Michael Salvador, but they are almost exclusively done on silver plates. There is a possibility this was his process on an standard Microsoft OEM Chill White plate.
